I was also thinking that the write permissions of the file could be set in the php.ini, but I’m not sure. Do you have any indication? Thanks so much
August 22, 2020 at 3:08 am #37451I manage the server directly and I can intervene either by replacing PHP (downgrade of php7.4?), And NGINX with Apache.
I needed indications on which application to modify to see how to solve the problem. Exclude that it may be due to a too new version of Woocommerce?August 21, 2020 at 4:29 pm #37445Could the solution be to change PHP version?
Or replace NGINX with Apache?August 19, 2020 at 8:32 pm #37436I checked: On the Apache server the permissions of the download file are 644 and therefore the file downloads regularly. On the NGINX server the permission of the download file is 600 and therefore cannot be downloaded. Can you tell me which software generates the download file with permission 600? Thank you. I would like to solve this problem.
August 17, 2020 at 5:23 pm #37416I could try uninstalling and reinstalling symbyostock. Does this operation involve any risk of data loss?
June 27, 2020 at 3:23 am #37033Is it possible to make the “ss_media”, “new” and “temp” folders of the virtual directories pointing to the respective “ss_media”, “new” and “temp” hosted on another website? Would it work this way?
May 24, 2020 at 6:37 pm #36747Avevi ragione. Forse il mio host aveva cambiato qualche impostazioni nel PHP. Avevo PHP 7.3. Ho portato a PHP 7,2 ed ora funziona nuovamente.
Molto strano, prima funzionava sotto 7.3.Grazie
May 24, 2020 at 5:47 pm #36745The only things I did on the site is a test with insertion of a variable product in Woocommerce (not symbiostock) by inserting an embedded with Youtube. Is it possible that it depends on this?
May 24, 2020 at 5:42 pm #36744I uploaded a small image taken from the web and another image made with another camera. The problem persists.
It also freezes the purchase process for the photographs I have already published.Cron is running regularly every minute.
I don’t understand what happened.Thanks
May 17, 2020 at 2:23 am #36695Thanks for the reply. Just yesterday I also changed the server where wordpress runs (before I had Pesk, now I have CPanel). The problem also occurs on this server. What do you advise me to do? The problem is with JPG files from three different cameras.
