Hi Robin
Could you please give me an example of what you mean by “A custom code”.
I distinguished the video with a “Video” Brand and the photos with a “photo” Brand. In custom products they appear mixed.
Thanks
October 16, 2020 at 2:47 am #37791Hello
I uploaded the 2550 videos in two steps. The processing was successful in 2-3 days. I then inserted the watermark. After this step, the site started to crash after about 8 hours. What settings do you have on the server? RAM, number of PHP processes, memory allocated to php processes? Strange to date I have not received answers on these important aspects from the technician who manages Symbiostock. I hope I have some clarification to make the plugin work well. Thank you,October 15, 2020 at 2:52 am #37785Hi Valentin
Were you able to get Video Symbiostock to work properly?
I uploaded 2500 videos and every 8 hours the website crashes. Have you found any solution? Thank youOctober 15, 2020 at 2:46 am #37784Hi Robin
I keep having problems with the Video plugin.
Every 8-9 hours the site crashes. The only way to restart it is to reboot the computer.
I have made many attempts including this one:
https://galaxydata.ru/community/sock-failed-11-resource-temporarily-unavailable-459
But I didn’t get any visible results.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix this? Thank youOctober 13, 2020 at 8:51 pm #37776Hi Robin,
I am getting several of these server errors producing “error 502” pages:
connect () to unix: /var/php-nginx/15972212415753.sock/socket failed (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) while connecting to upstream, client: 2.238.196.178, server: myvideoimage.com, request: “GET / HTTP / 1.1 “, upstream:” fastcgi: // unix: /var/php-nginx/15972212415753.sock/socket: “, host:” myvideoimage.com ”
I believe they are due to the many processes of Symbiostock Video. How can they be solved?
Thank youOctober 9, 2020 at 7:10 pm #37766Hi Robin
I keep having server issues (502 Bad Gateway). When I restore the backup, the website starts working again but after a few hours it crashes again. I think it depends on the memory allocated to PHP and the number of PHP processes at the same time. Could you tell me for a total server RAM of 8GB how much to assign to PHP and how many processes to put simultaneously? Thank you very muchOctober 8, 2020 at 10:41 pm #37760Hi Robin
I didn’t quite understand what you mean by added .map file name.
I don’t see any .maps
Where do you see it?Sorry, another question:
After successfully uploading 2500 videos Symbiostock generated the previews.
Immediately after this operation the site became inaccessible and there was no way to restore it except by reloading the backup image.
Has this ever happened to you? What can it depend on?
Thank youThank you

You have to enter the control panel of your hosting (Plesk / C-Panel etc.) must go to the PHP section and select the extension that is required by Symbiostock. If you can’t find it, contact your Hosting and ask to enter it.If you have a control panel that allows you SSH access you could install it.
I hope I was helpful.October 3, 2020 at 5:18 pm #37728Hi, I solved the filignana position problem by changing the file size.
There remains the problem of displaying the playback commands not visible in Google Chrome (you need to select them with the right mouse button).
Could the problem lie with this error?“DevTools failed to load SourceMap: unable to load content for https://vjs.zencdn.net/5.8.8/video.js.map: HTTP error: 403 status code, net :: ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE”
Any idea about it?
Thanks

October 3, 2020 at 4:43 am #37725I was pretty sure the problem was with the (main_h) parameter. I tried to edit in (main_h-overlay_h) but the plugin crashes. Any ideas Robin?
Have you seen the sample page (https://myvideoimage.com/video-image/mvi_9680-mp4/) where the watermark is inserted?
Some idea?
Thank you
October 2, 2020 at 11:43 pm #37723Go to the page: Symbiostock> Setting> Symbiostock Video diagnostic.
Click on “Run Test” and then “Save Changes”
After several seconds, if the system works you should see, in the lower part, a movie representing a pot.If everything works and if you later install Symbiostock you must have full access to the server to set the memory parameters. Remember that you must have an unshared server for this to work properly.
I have just installed the complete Video plugn too, I am waiting to get it completely fine-tuned.
Good job.October 1, 2020 at 6:19 pm #37719Hi Robin
in reference to the lack of commands to start the video on Chrome, I removed the errors you reported to me (css and js. The other related to the Divi theme has nothing to do with it).
I noticed the following error code:DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://vjs.zencdn.net/5.8.8/video.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net :: ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
Could this be causing the problem and not showing the video controls?
October 1, 2020 at 4:05 am #37715Hi Robin
Looking at the file “Simbiostock-video.php” I found this code: ss_watermark_loc. “‘-Threads 1 -filter_complex’ scale = 1400: 750, overlay = x = (main_w-overlay_w) / 2: y = (main_h) /1.8 ‘
I’m not familiar with PHP, but it could be the part of the code that generates the vertical shift.
What do you think about it?
October 1, 2020 at 3:25 am #37713Hi Robin
regarding the problem of watermark in videos I did a test. I made a * .png file with an X in the diagonals. See how the preview video clip is processed:https://myvideoimage.com/video-image/mvi_9680-mp4/
The preview of the still image is correct, while in the video the X is shifted down.
Tell me your opinion.
thanks a lot -
