Photo Collections
See my Photo Collections for sets of three or more photos available at a significantly lower price than when licensing separately. These are available in all four sizes. I can create custom sets if you cannot find exactly what you need. That’s very well said. A good recommendation for you, jsfoto.
October 27, 2013 at 11:37 pm #6228Well, as long as we’re tossing out ideas, let me suggest my 400-year-old “city different”: Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
Great food. Great scenery. Great weather. Great historical and cultural attractions. Great almost everything! I’d be glad to make the local arrangements if Santa Fe turned out to be the top choice.

Agree: I think a 1:1 zoom would be great to have. We don’t have the reputation a good agent might have/earned with buyers. So a little quality reassurance could help our sales a lot.
I agree 100%. And it’s especially important for those of us who sell wildlife images. As you know, 90% of the value of such an image depends on whether the critter’s eye is sharp and has a good catch light. Dull, out-of-focus eyes are the kiss of death for a wildlife photo.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to see such details very well at our current on-screen resolution.
And I’m finding an extra problem in that my watermark often falls across the bird’s or critter’s eye. I’ve been writing additional comments in the descriptions of those images to assure buyers that the eye is sharp, has a good catch light, etc. But it sure would be nice if they could see those details via a 100% magnification zoom tool.
I’m going to keep searching for a WP plugin that might accomplish that. Will share the news if I find it.

Oh, wow, Dave. That blog post is just soooo amazing. The Nat’l Assoc. of Realtors does have some king-size cojones.
Bully for our blogging-photog compadre. Nice response.

There’s a bug on the 5th transition of the slide show
HA! HA!! HA!!!

All joking aside, it looks great.
Thanks, Tim. I appreciate that.

Just my two cents but changing the slide shows out daily or even weekly I think would not just be work. Maybe monthly might be good just to have some variety.
Well, I’m going to start rotating them and see how it looks and feels. All I have to do is switch the number in this [layerslider id=”1″] to this [layerslider id=”2″]. Don’t even have to recopy the whole thing. Takes literally a second to switch from slide show one to two or three.
Heck, I’ve got so many images, I could create a dozen slide shows to rotate through… if I were really and truly nuts.
October 27, 2013 at 9:48 pm #5770Latest update:
I’ve grown to like the simpler slide show that I finally ended up with so much that I’ve created two more. Now there are three that can rotate on my home page.
It’s easy to switch from one to another in edit mode, so if I want a different slide show every day, I can make that happen in a flash.
I’d love to have input on whether alternating slide shows on a daily basis is good to avoid boring repeat visitors, or if there’s some downside I’m not seeing.
SS #2 is currently running on my site, if anybody wants to check it out.

May I ask what the meeting would be about?
Well, raising our visibility and gaining media attention, for one thing.

Have not upgraded WP yet. Definitely will hold off on that for now!
EDIT: I should have mentioned… my activated cart version is 1.1.5.

Follow this it worked for me. I have not got them back in yet but I put facebook, twitter, and google+ icons on my menu so you might be able to use it to add.
Hey, Tim, I read through that and *even I* understand how to do it. May try adding FB and Twitter to my top-tier menu bar.
If I do that in my child theme (Clean Theme), it’s supposed to endure through future SYS upgrades, won’t it?
Only problem is… I still haven’t figured out how to make that top-tier menu bar solid, so the words don’t layer on top of other words below as one scrolls down. Ongoing challenge.
Thanks for posting that link!
