    Thank you for your advices,

So you would also recommend to me move from the <span style=”color: #272727; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 28.8px;”> </span><span style=”color: #272727; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 28.8px;”>“legacy” Symbiostock and I hope this will solve my issues. I’m quite bad in monitoring the technical aspects of running a selfhosted site. Leo has been extermely helpful to me to set my first symbio, I dont want to bring him more troubles with my imcompetency!</span>

But you mention the word plugin in your mail and this alone gave me the solution of

<span style=”color: #242424; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; line-height: 28.8px;”>“install the tool it on my legacy install” – maybe the instructions for the migration could be more accurate and indicate that the “tool” is a plugin, and that it shall be installed via the plugin menu of wordpress, this would help dummies like me….</span>

Anyway thanks for your help, you have made that I can work further on the project….

I have the same problem here, did you resolve the issue? If yes can you share how.

I have to continue with my legacy version therefor I like to resolve the problem.

    Tanks in advance

    Jean

PS I though migration will be the solution for me, but having read the instructions for a while for the migration I’m still puzzled about how to install the migration tool….

Is there a way to pay to get things done as I have now used quite a lot of time to find myself what to do and I have obviously not the competency to make the migration myself, as dont get the meaning of the basic instructions.

    Thanks for any help!

I’m trying to migrate on the new engine and have downloaded the files needed

    Next step is so

<span style=”color: #383838; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;”>”In order to use this, you will need to install it on your legacy install and on your new install. If they are both on the same server, then you only have to install it there.”</span>

and I’m already lost. Can someone tell me what this mean in practise?

How do I install on my legacy install? (have no clue what a legacy  or legacy install is by the way….)

    Thanks….

Thank you Robin, so this must be the time to make the move!

I’ll do that asap and will apply for Zymio once I have cleaned a bit and worked further on the design of the store….

I hope the move will solve the issue!

    Best
