Just annouce your site here
http://www.symbiostock.org/forum/20/site-launching/
or in this thread 🙂October 20, 2013 at 3:33 pm #5031Another problem:
2.8.5, image is from my site, but other sites are affected too (I tried under Firefox and Chrome).
Above results are after clicking on keyword. After searching for the same word everything looks ok.October 20, 2013 at 10:02 am #5029@leo wrote:
Usually I can only do one or two issues a day, and sometimes whole issues escape my notice due to the amount of things I’m keeping up with.
I know, and that’s why I am sometimes adding such items to main bug threads like this 🙂
October 20, 2013 at 9:49 am #5027Leo, licenses are still not working as expected 🙂
See this thread:
http://www.symbiostock.org/topic/218/rights-managed/My example:
Two problems:
1. What for is that RM1 on blue background and how to delete it?
2. This image should have only RM1 or RM2 licenses available, not Default, but there is possibility to add image to cart without selecting licenses. I think that first license option should be selected by default.October 19, 2013 at 2:25 pm #4017I tried to register and failed too 🙂
Guest account:
After clicking only on size (all licenses were unselected), image landed in cart with “default license”. After deleting image from cart and adding it again with RM Basic, this license remains selected all the time, when I am logged in, even when image is deleted from cart. Just log in as Guest, refresh page and RM Basic is selected 🙂
Then I tried another image. Again, image could be added to cart withount selecting license, but once license was selected, it remains selected after deleting image from cart.
Now I cannot log in even as a Guest, because “your IP was blocked” 🙂October 18, 2013 at 11:07 am #5360October 18, 2013 at 11:00 am #4997@christine wrote:
I have spoken to Mark and he has resaved his settings to ensure that they are set to “word borders” and while a direct search on his site no longer brings up people instead of cats, a search on my site does.
And they will be there until these “cat” results in your cache are timed out . Bee->Network->days cache network search, 1 is the smallest number you can put there.
October 16, 2013 at 9:07 pm #5203Jari, read this thread:
http://www.symbiostock.org/topic/291/cant-download-images-solved/
or only this:
Probably you have php 5.4.x and Symbio version below 2.7.9.
Solution: downgrade php to 5.3 or upgrade theme to 2.8.xOctober 15, 2013 at 9:06 pm #4933Thumbnails in search results were normal in 2.8, in 2.8.1 Firefox shows them smaller.
Left – Chrome, Right – Firefox
October 15, 2013 at 8:35 am #17812.8.1 and pp 1.2.3
My categories and links are ok, but thumbnails in results page are downsized 🙂
October 15, 2013 at 8:18 am #4887I dont collect such info, but Steve has this:
http://cascoly.com/symbio/list.asp?list=25
so maybe he can sort it somehow 🙂
October 14, 2013 at 8:19 pm #4733Via ftp go to wp-content, there you should see symbiostock_image_download.php, it is older one (from previous versions). Go to themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-procesor. There will be new symbiostock_image_download.php, copy it to wp-content (replace older version), that’s all.

To fix this blank screen issue, upgrade procedure should be like from 2.6.5 to 2.7 or 2.8:
Activate default theme (for example Twenty Twelve), delete Symbio 2.8, then upload it again. Then try in php 5.4, should be ok.I was already on 2.7.7 when I went to 2.8, so I don’t think that is necessary. It was the jump from 2.6 to 2.7 that “broke” things.
It is necessary, because file with white screen issue – symbiostock_image_download.php (which was fixed in 2.7.9) is copied to wp-content folder only during “full upgrade” – delete, install, activate.

Upgraded to 2.8 and I still get the blank page for the download image. 🙁
My Bluehost cpanel says PHP is 5.3.27 so I guess this isn’t the 5.4 issue?
Any ideas?

Go to themes, activate something default (twentytwelve for example), then delete older Symbio version, install and activate 2.7.x.
