Thanks for the answer.
But in fact, I have vector files. I want to paste the related png format to the uploaded vector file.
I go to edit product and add related png files manually (while I checked unlettered in its license) and save and then update the product.
But when I download png file, it is a jpeg file.I finally found a trick myself: I deactivate symbiostock premium first then upload png file to its related product and finally activate the plugin again.
But I am looking forward to your proper guide.

It’s a long time I’ve fixed the issue.
Unfortunately, your answer is so late that I fixed the issue.But anyway, thanks for your help.
When I upload a product which is (for example) just a vector then all each 11 licenses increase a number in count (in licenses page) while I have just set 5 vector and jpeg licenses in license tab of product.

I contacted host vendor but he says we can’t enable imagick extension on shared hosting and for enabling this extension you(me) have to use a vps server for your host .
(my host is a shared cloud.)
Is there any way solve this problem in my current situation?
