    Hi
    I have got an issue on image processing.
    metadata not processed and I see uploaded files as draft.

    The log file here maybe is the reason:
    PHP Warning: exif_read_data(22-16.eps): File not supported in /home/…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/symbiostock-pro/tools-ftp.php on line 474

    How can I fix the problem?

    Hi there – you are uploading a vector. Are you certain your server supports Imagick and that vectors work? Did you try the diagnostic tool in settings to confirm?

    It’s a long time I’ve fixed the issue.
    Unfortunately, your answer is so late that I fixed the issue.
