Adding PNG (transparent background) license to EPS vector products [resolved]

Hi
I use symbiostock to sell my vector files. I want to add png(transparent background) version of contents to existing products or include a png version during new content during upload.
I assigned a related png license and included png file type (mentioned above) with eps file while I’m uploading.
But png products have their background after downloading.
Is this issue have a solution?
How can I include png(transparent background) license with my content?

Hi Ahmad,

The best way to do that is under the license option, make sure the “sell unaltered” checkbox is checked for the PNG license. That should offer the original uploaded file to the end user. 🙂

Thanks for the answer.
But in fact, I have vector files. I want to paste the related png format to the uploaded vector file.
I go to edit product and add related png files manually (while I checked unlettered in its license) and save and then update the product.
But when I download png file, it is a jpeg file.

I finally found a trick myself: I deactivate symbiostock premium first then upload png file to its related product and finally activate the plugin again.

But I am looking forward to your proper guide.
