    Hello Friends,

    I am having trouble adding a new product.
    Everything is fine until I try to use the Product Data tab. It allows me to insert a value into Price, but I cannot seem to see how I add the Downloadable information.

    Usually I can insert the URL and select Available for “1” download over 3 Days etc.

    I wonder if something has maybe changed with Symbiostock Pro, or?

    Many sincere thanks if you have any ideas.
    I do have a couple of screen shots but not sure if I am allowed to post them here.

    Hi there – if you are using Symbiostock Pro, please do a fresh install on a test server and follow our 3 minute guide:

    Then, from there, let us know what customizations you are trying to do that aren’t working.

    Hi Robin,

    Thank you for the advice.
    I can set up a test server, but do you have any thoughts on my trying to Deactiveate the Symbiostock Pro and then reactivating it?

    Do you think something simple like that might do the trick?

    Hi Robin,
    I think there is an issue with Symbiostock Pro.
    The reason being is when I add a new Product, I should see a selectable drop down adjacent to the Product Data tab. This should allow me to select Simple Product..etc. Then there should be a selectable checkbox to the right of that AND a Downloadable checkbox to the right of that. But none of them are there.

    All I have in the General tab are:
    Regular Price
    Sale Price
    Tax Status
    Tax Class

    Can you please assist with this?

    Hi there – what I am suggesting is this – rather than try to debug what is going on with you current site, create a subdirectory and install a new fresh WordPress install there along with Symbiostock pro. Then follow the 3 minute guide that we have linked at the top of your new WordPress admin section and see if everything works there. If so, then it will be easier to make it work with your current site.

    I would be happy to share what I did to fix the issue.

    I Deactivated Symbiostock Pro.

    Then using the Lite version the panel returned to display as it should.
    I was happy I got the issue solved.

    Hope this can help someone else!
