Try again, I believe i’ve found the root issue. Whenever the SYMBIOSTOCK – Cart Manager plugin is activated, i will not be able to access it. is this a known bug ?

I’ve just reuploaded the correct dimension of the watemark. The “All images” is still blank.

I’m not able to access “Reprocess” ,perhaps it’s in the “All images” that i lost access to ?

i just found out that the watermark must be exactly ” 522 by 522 pixels square or errors may occur during image ” , anyway i can delete all my current photos and reuploading it ? I’m not able to access “all images” at the moment

yes i’ve changed the watermark. but it worked when i changed the watermark. not sure what happened when i uploaded more photos into the system
