All images blank

my stock images-> all images display a blank page. “wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=image” any remediation ? it was working a few hours back

Have you done anything with/to the watermark as this can sometimes be the cause

yes i’ve changed the watermark. but it worked when i changed the watermark. not sure what happened when i uploaded more photos into the system

i just found out that the watermark must be exactly ” 522 by 522 pixels square or errors may occur during image ” , anyway i can delete all my current photos and reuploading it ? I’m not able to access “all images” at the moment

You might not have to delete them. Take care of your watermark first and then try to “Reprocess” your images.

I’ve just reuploaded the correct dimension of the watemark. The “All images” is still blank.

I’m not able to access “Reprocess” ,perhaps it’s in the “All images” that i lost access to ?

Try again, I believe i’ve found the root issue. Whenever the SYMBIOSTOCK – Cart Manager plugin is activated, i will not be able to access it. is this a known bug ?

yes. this is exactly what is happening in WP-admin->stock images->all-images

anyway i can reset SYM so i can start everything from scratch and hope not to hit this problem again?

I have not heard of anyone else not being able to see their single images if the cart manager is activated.
