What is Symbiostock?
Symbiostock is a network of illustrators and photographers, each with their own individual sites selling stock imagery. These sites are networked together, so one search reaches out across the network, returning images or designs from several sites that match your search criteria—much like the image search features on popular search engines.

Like you, I hope to get that ranking feature back someday. At the moment, many of my very best images (which I proudly uploaded early in this process) are languishing at the bottom of my category pages. Sometimes even on the second page of extensive categories.

I still have the ranking feature and it still works well. I’m on 2.9.4.Well, I sure thought so! I can go check it again. Maybe my rankings somehow got screwed up in the process. I’m currently on 2.9.4 also.

Mine stopped working when I upgraded too. I’d love to have that feature back.
LOL. No, no towel throwing, but the site looks so awesome it’s inspired me to work on mine a bit more. Beautiful illustrations too, and I’m sure they bring in a very good income.
My files are priced a bit less than theirs, but I don’t think we’ll have a race to the bottom. I think people are getting involved with Symbiostock precisely to stop the race to the bottom.
I’m torn….do I work hard upgrading the look of my site or just throw in the towel?
