I just checked your global licenses and you’re using the filters, but you have to remember that they are quite a powerful mechanism.
For example, assuming you want the ‘Royalty Free’ and ‘Royalty Free Web’ to show up for all your JPEGs:
For ‘Royalty Free’, you have the ‘Apply to raster images’ checked, but you also have the ‘Must be exclusive’ filter checked. This means it will only apply to exclusive JPEGs. You mark individual media as exclusive by editing it and clicking the ‘exclusive’ checkbox. You also have the ‘Required Keywords’ field filled, with the words ‘Royalty free’ in there. This is another filter.
I have gone in and removed all extra filters, and enabled only the ‘apply to raster’ filter. This way, those two licenses will apply to all your JPEGs automatically.
Check it out now – all your media has those two proper licenses now.
December 22, 2015 at 11:09 am #24994Seems your server has a damaged version of FINFO installed – when Symbiostock tries to confirm that an image you are uploading is a JPEG, it is constantly returning ‘false’. This is very strange because usually if you don’t have FINFO installed, Symbiostock uses an alternate method of file checking. However, in your case, the server is saying it is installed, but it is not operating properly.
I have forced your install to use the alternate method and it is successfully parsing JPEGs now. Additionally, I have added a Symbiostock setting that allows you to force the alternate method, which will be auto enabled on your install once you upgrade to the new version of Symbiostock that will be released next.
So you should be good to go!

There are a large number of reasons why it may fail – the most common is that the file itself is corrupted in some manner. Can you try using the wizard on your settings page to confirm that your system is able to perform image manipulation?
If that works fine, then try uploading another JPEG, one that you get off the web or something so that you can test another file. Report back here and we can go from there. In all likelihood, your image is corrupted.
December 22, 2015 at 6:01 am #24986Hey Mike,
Okay, so it seems it wasn’t deactivating or re-activating that was of issue.
You have no licenses that are set to apply to raster images. So the products cannot be published because they have no pricing attached to them.
When you edit a license, you need to scroll down to the filters to choose whether that license applies to raster images, vectors, or videos (if you have the video plugin). Only then will that license auto apply to those media types.
Once you do that, you need to either re-save the media so it auto applies, or check the Update licenses? checkbox when saving the license.
December 22, 2015 at 4:12 am #24983December 22, 2015 at 3:28 am #24978I see this one:

Any idea why that is visible and others aren’t?
December 22, 2015 at 2:28 am #24976Hey there,
The way images store GPS varies considerably and we’ve tried to capture most of the different syntaxes into Symbiostock. Can you post the exact co-ordinates and where Symbiostock thinks that is?
One thing I do know is that if it is West or South, it will be a negative number when converted. Perhaps your image has a unique syntax and if you post it here I can take a look at how Symbiostock reacts to try to accommodate it as well.
