It is interesting that no likes have shown up on my facebook page from members of the Symbiostock group.
September 20, 2013 at 7:13 am #2430Percentage of total images indexed by google. I don’t have a lot uploaded yet. I have a total of 182 images on my Symbiostock site, of which 129 have been indexed.
September 20, 2013 at 6:45 am #2428I am currently at 70%. I have been running Yoast for 3 months and just install Leo’s plugin last week.

shows the steady growth of Symbiostock sites. 2 small bumps when 2 larger sites came on, but otherwise steady growth with an average off 1000 images per site, while 50% of sites have 500 images or less
That is wonderful information. Really shows the trend.

looks like google is slowly working its way thru every keyword used by symbiostock sites — today it’s been looking at the G’s and a few C’s — the latter appear every 45-50 minutes, the G’s every 6-8 minutes. each of those searches turns up 10 – hundreds of images
not sure how this works out, but my sitemaps account for only about 4,000 of the 14,000 ‘pages’ google has indexed on my site.
l would love to know how you keep track of this information.

Thanks for your Linked in invitation Christine (I suppose you have sent one / or was it sent automaticaly?).
I have always thought that Linked in invitation are mostly NOT sent by people inviting one, but by the clever system of Linked in. So I’m normally never answering to invitation. But my appreciation may be wrong. Are people that are inviting other always involved in the inviting process? If yes I will have to change my way of looking at those invitation…..
Jean
I have used LinkedIn for many years, and have only received invites directly from people I know or have known. Maybe I have just been lucky, but my impression is that the sender is always the person to initiate the invitation.

I have joined some web design forums and have threads there, also just started on LinkedIn – not very easy place to navigate but have done one discussion/promotion there so far linking to symbiostock.com/org/info depending on submitter or customer. I need more connections I think to make it work and it is not all that easy to connect without a paid service as you cannot contact people direct, if anyone has any tips on that I would appreciate them.
Link to me. 🙂 http://www.linkedin.com/in/michelepaccione/
There are many groups there you can join….photography groups, design groups, advertising groups…and you can start threads in those groups.
LinkedIn is where most people I know get jobs/work.
LinkedIn now has a professional group for Symbiostock, so please join us.
September 19, 2013 at 6:40 pm #1504There is a new feature in WordPress JetPack called Presentations that is not enable by the Symbiostock theme. It would be nice if that was available.
September 19, 2013 at 4:05 pm #1432My links to FaceBook, Twitter and my blog are below in my signature line.
I am really glad to be part of this group of talented artist. Some amazing work here.

I have no solution but the same problem. I’ve tried to install 1.4.4. multiple times only to still find version 1.1.4 installed again.

September 9, 2013 at 3:09 am #1477On version 2.6.5 I have noticed that images uploaded since this update no longer display the “Leave a Reply” at the bottom. I have always had it turned and older images display it. Looks like a small bug.
September 8, 2013 at 7:54 pm #1366First the cool part
If you have a Symbiostock site, you’ll notice this Community Area will set you up your very own “customer service” forum, which you can moderate and link to. It helps to keep things integrated, and customers aware of Symbiostock.
That is an interesting concept. I assume we would be the moderator for our own customer service forum? And are there instructions for setting up the customer service forum?
September 8, 2013 at 2:45 am #1317I am David Woodcock, a novice at selling photos but am learning fast. My Quail Run Photography site is my first opportunity to participate in a network of like minded artists. Great to be a member and thanks for all the help provided.
