    I checked if that makes a difference, simply making a text edit in the description and Updating the item. Unfortunately that doesn’t solve the problem.

    What was strange is that some of the tiny thumbnails in my Symbiostock>Media list were inconsistently showing as black, and while I was in there poking around, something changed and they’re all showing correctly except one.

    But even with using a new browser with Private Window, some of these items are still displaying black on the Shop page and Product page, but not the Product detail image (what is this called? The image that comes up in its own window when you click on the image on the product page).

    I haven’t heard back from my Theme developer on this yet.

    Any ideas? Is there a “thumbnail update” I should be doing in the backend Product edit page for these instances?

    It’s not the cache, I’ve tried it on other computers and incognito browsers and the problem is the same. I have contacted the Theme publisher and will advise.

    Robin, sorry I keep making this mistake; I’m unclear on what’s considered “front end” or how to distinguish if something’s a Symbio issue or not, unless it’s obvious to me that it’s a third-party issue related to a particular Theme or plugin.

    Can you clarify this for me so I don’t keep doing this? Thanks.

    Thanks Andre – yes #2 was easy, I should’ve realized that.

    However, #1 is more tricky: I checked the link and see how I can manually put in a redirect for any page that changes to a new URL, so that’s good and is useful.

    But is there a way that this can be done automatically, so I don’t have to perform that step every time a page URL changes?

    I ask because I had this automatic 301 redirect feature in a Bigcommerce shop, where every time a product name or something else changed resulting in a new URL, it would automatically keep track of the old URL and forward it to the new one.

    I was surprised how handy that feature proved to be, things changed more than I was expecting. It was very helpful!

    Hey folks – can put this issue to bed. I guess it was just processing that whole time; my site is back available again with SKUs for each item so it worked. Problem solved on its own.

    Aha thanks Robin, I did install a line of code in custom CSS earlier today, and totally forgot I did that – I guess that’s it? Sorry, I’ve been trying to reach you all day and assumed it had to be something to do with your being in there, please see several PM’s sent to you today.

    I know what line of code I put in, it was someone’s suggestion per my inquiry about hiding the price range:
