Woocommerce plugin 'Grant access to downloadable products after payment' [resolved]

Hi everybody,

I’m new and I’ve a problem with the checkbox ‘Grant access to downloadable products after payment’ in Woocommerce-settings-Products-Downloadable products: ever time I try to check the box and click SAVE button, but after more or less time (one hour, sometimes less), I find the box unchecked. This is a big problem.

Is there anyone else with the same issue? In what way is it possible to solve it?

You can’t enable this with Symbiostock because Symbiostock has to process the files before the download can be sent to the customer. If you enable this and try to make a purchase the customer will get a download error. It is incompatible with Symbiostock.
