I’ve gone through all the ‘settings’ menus I can find and can’t find anyway to access the importer plugin. I’ve done my “upgrade” and now my site is totally broken. Theme is broken, content is MIA. And your help documentation for the importer is also MIA.
I can’t get it to work either.
Have you downloaded and installed the Importer plugin?
If so, the documentation on its use is here: http://www.symbiostock.org/docs/symbiostock-importerexporter/
If not, you can download it through the documentation above.
As Symbiostock is not an upgrade, but an entirely new engine, your site is not “broken” – just disable WooCommerce and Symbiostock and your legacy site will work just fine. Even after the install is complete, you will still be able to use your legacy site this way.
