I had the same exact problem and solved it through the Bluehost support.

Check this tutorial I’ve posted in these forums and see if it helps. There are 3 possible ways to solve this:

Thank you Lusoimages I knew the trick to rename themes or plugin and tried it. Yesterday already Christine posted your link and I tried another time and I solved the issue. I don’t know why but something was wrong in the child theme, I deleted it and replaced with a fresh version.
