    Just added your code, and it works fine. Weird. But now I am taking the image from your website. LOL. I need to upload them to my own site.

    Because that image is not really 37×23 pixels as the name implies. It is 76×48 pixels so you would need to use the following padding in the code.

    padding: 13px 0 15px 80px
