Licence Update Issue … [resolved]

Hi,

After updating one of my licences (the price), and choosing to update all products that have that licence applied to it – none of the products update with the new licence price – it still retains the old price.

Any ideas anyone ?

Am using SymbioStock Pro ver 3.,2.5  and WooCommerce 2.5.5 (which Symbiostock prompted that it needed).

Yes, I checked all the relevant boxes – have left the website for a few hours but so far nothing has updated.

Hi Vortex:

1) Please ensure that after you update the prices on the license, you click on the ‘Update Prices’ checkbox and click submit.
2) Please ensure that your cron job is running the processor every minute.

Depending on how many images you have, this should eventually complete. It should not take more than a few days for sure. If you have done the above and it is still not working please PM me your login information.
