I have created a new license with the value 0.01 € and called it “4Free”. I would like to apply this new license to a picture.
In “Edit Media” I select the appropriate image and go in the “Product Data” in the licenses. There I select “Add Variant” and assign it to the license “4Free”. Then I go to there on “Save changes”. Unfortunately, this change is not saved!
If I change an already existing variant, such as “Bloggr” to “4Free” and go to “Save Changes”, this change will not be applied.
The new license will not automatically be added to images that I upload.
What am I doing wrong, can someone help me please?
Hi Thomas – the best way is to open one of the already existing variants in one window, and your new one in another, and one by one compare each setting. Usually some filter or another is missing and this causes that issue.
