    paypal sandbox is not checked.

Now might this be an issue of me just not being patient? payment was pushed through just a little bit ago. How long does it take for everything to show up?

This is an issue I have had for a while now with editorial images and I’ve tried to bring up for a while now. I want the editorial license to be the default license type for certain images as I do not have model releases and I do not have property releases. they are just that editorial shots. If the user doesn’t select editorial though it goes to a default license type which I don’t even have.
This can cause confusion for the customer and maybe making them believe it’s a standard license allowing them commercial usage. This could cause me a bunch of legal issues.

Thank you for puting a test account up. Was able to try something on your end that I was having some issues with. On the editorial images I found that you can select an image size without selecting that you would use an editorial license. After that it would just default to a default license. If you check your cart you will see it.

Does the same thing with an image that is setup for standard/extended. If you select neither license option then you won’t use either of them and instead will just go to default.

I’m sure the same problem will happen for RM images in that it will just go to a default license rather then a RM license if you don’t select a license when you select an image.

Good thing at least is once the user selects one of the license types (not purchases just selects it) then that license type seems to stick with that account. You can change it sure but at least you don’t have a way to unselect it to go back to the “default” license type.

Copied from MSG as I’m assuming this is going to be the default active site for symbiostock discussions.

“Need an option to set licenses as a default type of license on a per image basis. Very important for us with a mixture of editorial, RF, and RM content. Otherwise if I make an image available under an editorial license by default no option is selected when the customer tries to buy the image and it’s up to them to actually select it. If they don’t and they make the purchase it defaults to a non existant standard license. Could be a liability issue for editorial images.

in the cart manager a way to see not only which image sold and what size but also what license the image sold under.

Nice if also we had a way to see sales on a global side. Right now it’s all on a per user basis. “
