I have this problem with a site that I’m currently developing bildeinkauf.de , my other sites still are using 2.6.5, the strange thing with that site the problem is only visible on my ipad on my laptop it looks normal, but it’s the same problem (single row)

SOLVED:
For all others especially German users:

You can install the German WordPress version but you must set the language in the wp-config.php to en_EN
it should read:
define(‘WPLANG’, ‘en_EN’);

Yes I think It has probably to do with the host I’m using for this site had a lot of problems in the past, I think I will switch now my host and will see if the problems persist. I had this problem in the past did make a fresh new install and it was gone till I updated to WP 3.7.

that would be great, I purchase a lot on the internet and really don’t like any registration process I always use ‘paypal express checkout’ if avalaible..
