I have further updated this mechanism so that it re-indexes all your images as soon as your site is back up as well.
Unless I’m mistaken, this effectively means:
1) If your site goes down for less than 2 minutes, nothing will happen.
2) If your site goes down for more than 2 minutes, all your media will be removed from the search engine
3) As soon as your site comes back up, whether it be in 3 minutes or 3 days, all your media will come back up and be immediately re-indexed.
When I say ‘immediately’, I mean within the span of about 5 minutes. If you experience anything outside of the scope of this, let me know.

Looking good. I would love it if you submitted a promo image that will rotate on the front of Symzio. To do so, go into your account in Symzio and click on Contributor Panel – there you can upload a promo image.
It would be fantastic to have one of your brilliant and colorful illustrations as one of the first things people see.
Anyone else that also wants to get extra exposure and rotate images in the front, you can do so as well.

Looks great! Everything is up and running now. All you need to do is work on your site, promote both yourself and Symzio, and keep creating great new images.
Welcome!

I took a look at your site and you have some beautiful illustrations – when you submit your application, just make sure you have at least 100 and your site is relatively finished as per your wishes. If you have your images on any other agencies, share those URLs in the application too.
Thanks, and I’m really glad you’re on board with us!

In order to fix the thumbnails, don’t replace them using WordPress – scroll down when you edit the product and look for the field that says ‘upload alternate jpeg’. Upload a FULL sized version of your EPS there – then Symbiostock will use that for all thumbnailing, and also sell that image to customers when a JPEG is purchased.
And happy new year to you too!
