Also, I just looked at Woocommerce’ Photographer plugin and I am still quite unsure what it does. It clearly says it is not for digital downloads, so I don’t think it has any overlapping functionality to Symbiostock and is something else altogether. Perhaps a way to upload lots of photos which will then create physical products like t-shirts or something.
Which you can certainly do with Symbiostock Pro, but more robustly, and for free.
October 13, 2016 at 4:56 am #28413The admin tab does show up in 2.6.4. Perhaps you don’t have Symbiostock Lite installed as well and so Symbiostock Pro is unable to activate. Or perhaps you forgot to activate Pro.
This isn’t to say it is compatible with 2.6.4, but in that capacity it is not an issue. I just tested it on a fresh install.
October 13, 2016 at 12:02 am #28406This has nothing to do with Symbiostock, but in my experience child themes are unnecessarily complicated. I would just use a custom CSS plugin and override your theme’s CSS with that, using the !important postfix to whatever classes you want to definitely override.
If this does not suffice, there are all kinds of guides on child themes out there, but I find that themes are so complex nowadays that creating a child theme is not an easy thing at times.

I have seen themes that use something called ‘aqresizer’ which creates additional thumbnails that do not get recreated when the watermark is updated.
If you edit the product in the backend and it is updated there, then Symbiostock is doing its job. That’s the best way to check – check if a product that has the black watermark on the front end has it on the backend as well. If not, then either your theme (or another plugin) is serving some other thumbnail it created itself, or it’s a cache’d image as Chris suggested.
October 4, 2016 at 5:48 am #28299Basically any design elements with regards to the front end almost always have nothing to do with Symbiostock. It relates in that you’re welcome to post here for support, but just put it in the right forum so it doesn’t get cluttered with other stuff.
We actively peruse the forums looking for Symbiostock specific issues to address and if we have to filter through non-Symbiostock issues it just makes it more taxing.
