Update of the theme was successful this time and the issue was solved.
However the Update links on the purchased plugins doesn’t work which is still an issue.Thank you Emrah!
Do you know how to get updated/current versions of the plugins and themes?
I’ve purchased a lot of plugins and yet have no way to download new versions of them.
What is the way for a paying customer to get support or contact the seller over such issues?Updated the theme and cleared cache but the option to add to cart is still there in Express, while in Storefront it is properly disabled.
Is the update ready? Can we start using the plugin now?
The problem was with the checkbox: “Force disable FINFO”. Must be off. Not sure if it was needed for the vectors.
It worked now. As with the vectors it needs a raster file with metadata – didn’t find any info whether it was needed or not.
