Syxtra does not play nicely with Symbiostock 2.7

Examples
side scroll bar disappears so you cannot scroll up and down page
header/navigation bar extends slightly beyond solid body area (or whatever it is called)
difficult to get widgets where/how I want them

I tried to keep at least the large dynamic previews but they would not work without other Syxtra options selected.

I really dislike the flashing search box

When you have items in in cart, continue browsing and then click on the button with the cart and your login name on it, nothing happens, I would expect it to take you to the payment page.

Plrang’s Syxtra plugin is not very compatible with this version – I know that does not affect Leo but might other people.

I have been trying to header and above header but I get the impression that the search box and log in are “fixed” to the above header area whatever happens, is this correct?

It is now VERY close to what I was originally trying to achieve when Symbiostock was first released with a solid body ( I don’t know technical term) overlaying a static picture, BUT the footer still takes up the full width of the page, would look better if it matched the body area, that was the main reason I originally gave up.

AJT – if you use batch edit to create licences it changes everything to the defaults in that “page” . If you want any model releases or ratings set you have to do them separately from those that do not need any licences or ratings other than rank=2 . I think every option needs its own save area.

I discovered this when all my model releases reverted to N/A

I use syxtrs with then same versions quoted above and have on my front page
Top syxta widget
Revolution slider widget
4 widgets, 3 syxtra and one text
Then in the footer 3 page widgets

Page template -full width
php.ini 5.3.27

The numbers are the average earnings per month for a specific site.

We might miss the control bar but it does look a lot more professional/neater to logged in clients not to have it

Just looked at ron’s site and the double header is a good compromise (although I might swap them round 🙂 )

Not sure if you have finished but on a tablet the logo is half obscured by the static nav bar

If you scan them with your phone they take you direct to the site – they are useful in advertising on magazines, business cards etc. I have one for my janchristie site but cannot remember what they are called 🙂

I did a bit more research and it seems you add the vars code to the .htaccess – I have added it and will try it out tomorrow morning before I do anything else to see if it works
