It works!!! Thank you very much I made a mistake in the ftp address filling.
But still I have a problem with metadata of videos which are not read (as it still works fine for vectors) and despite the fact that the ‘exec’ function is enabled in the symbiostock system settings… Any clue ?I think that could be the problem.
I have set my ftp folder upload on ‘/home/vector34/public_html/shop/wp-content/uploads/ss_media/new/’ like asked in symbiostock system, but when I go to the file manager in cPanel there is nothing in this folder…Yes I tried to launch the cron job manually but it doesn’t work.

BenoitMaybe I can help. I saw with tech support and we discovered there has been an automatic php update which has changed some settings :
1) ‘Force simple metadata reading’ This has been enabled during the update. You must disabled this if your want your metadata to be read correctly
2) the Imagick extension was disabled also by the php update. It has been reenabled and then all works properly
