The culprit seems to be Firefox . Everything works fine in Chrome . I updated Flash , Java and FF itself , disabled separately all the addons and extensions to see which one could be causing this , cleared the caches but I’m still getting the same error . For the moment I’ll stick with Chrome for uploading
I’ve already tried 5.5 and 5.6 and then 5.3 after your suggestion . It doesn’t seem to make a difference . I contacted support and they suggested that I provide them access so they could try reproducing the error . I’m also considering manually reverting back to WP 3.8.3 although it seems a little risky

Glad you got it sorted. I can’t remember, are you on bluehost? I was looking at their other plans last night and I didnt see a Premium, only a Pro. Just wondered what that Premium plan is. I might be making a change myself next year.
Byethost. Bluehost’s performance – speed and uptime are terrible. Most of the sites I visited took forever to load. I’m sure that it drives potential SS customers away and people shouldn’t pay for that kind of service.
A little update . I went for premium hosting and now everything works as it should , both sides get their emails . I even did a test purchase after enabling the auto return in paypal and it worked great .
I just got a reply from support . Apparently due to spam abuse mail function for free hosting is very limited .
First things I checked when it didn’t work . I have my email in Symbiostock/Settings/Correspondence info and my admin account and nothing in the spam folder . I tried registering with various mail addresses and still nothing . Wordfence is installed but I haven’t activated it yet .
Maybe I should mention that I’m not with Bluehost . I checked many of the sites in the SS network and the loading speed was terrible . If I was a paying customer I would’ve left right away without even considering buying . So for me the choice is either a fast and reliable host or no Symbio at all . One of the sites ( don’t remember the name ) was hosted at Byethost and the speed was excellent . So right now I’m using their free hosting and when everything is ready I’ll go for premium . The problem is that I have opened several support tickets ( first one is dated 4.11 ) and they are all still pending .
Back on topic – I can’t be sure that the problem comes from WP/SS . It’s possible that it’s some disabled for the free hosting option .I scrapped the first choice and found a name that’s even better AND available . Now I can finally do the site’s branding . Thanks , everybody
Ok , better safe than sorry . It was a short and simple name but it’s not worth the risk
Every other extension is available but .com . And the .com site is showing an empty page with :
“This domain may be for sale. Backorder this Domain
This Domain Name Has Expired – Renewal Instructions.”I’m using iFastNet for checking .
Thanks for the heads up , Jo . That’s exactly why I raised the question . I was really hesitant registering right away
They’re in stock market , underinvestors ( whatever that means ) . They don’t have a site

As you can see from my site I removed that entire row right under the slider which moved the three CTA’s right up under the slider.
That’s exactly what I’m trying to achieve . I think the CTA boxes are great to promote seasonal content . Which home page template to edit ( there are 6 templates that begin with Home Page in the editor ) and what is the code to be deleted ?
