Uploading with curl error [resolved]

Hey,
We have a customer with this plugin installed on there Plesk Obsidian v18 server
When the CSV file is imported via the wordpress control panel they get this-
. Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.

any ideas to how to fix this?

Also i missed out on accident that the upload is from its self.

Hey Robin,
The customer provided this CSV file,

From the WordPress Dashboard Click on Symbiostock > All Products
At the top there is an button to Import

Hi Oliver,

In that case, it is a WooCommerce import issue as Symbiostock does not deal with CSVs in this manner. Please look into importing WooCommerce products using a CSV and debug accordingly.

The client reports they have an anther server and that runs fine, the only difference now is that Plesk is running a older version compared to ours. we tried changing PHP versions to the same with no joy.
Ive increased the time out and memory but still reports the same time out
