Several clients reported issues when checking out, the error info as below:
Syntax Error: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
I tested and didn’t see it. It appears overseas visits see those issues. Any clues?Hey there – is it a PHP error or a Javascript error?
I don’t see it anywhere, but sounds like a front end issue. I did a quick Google search and see that it does happen but may relate to a third party plugin maybe?

Thanks Robin. I will test with my oversea friends with most plugins disabled to see if the issue still presents.
After 2 hours troubleshooting with my oversea friend, we finally tracked down a plugin named ‘Simple Google reCAPTCHA’ causing the problem. When it is disabled, the issue is gone.
Thanks Robin. It is always a useful practice to disable plugins one by one to locate the trouble source.
