Shopping Page Doesn't display photos

On my shopping page, my individual items (photographs) do not display instead I get an envelope representing the photo. When I click it, it shows a picture of an envelope with the product description next to it. What is the most likely cause of this problem?

Hi Rich,

Are you using Symbiostock Pro or Lite?

What version of WooCommerce do you have?

Do the thumbnails show up in your products list?

Have you tried testing another theme?
