For the last week or two, I have been getting a error notification in my WordPress Dashboard from Symbiostock.
It says “Failed to find original media: ss_####.jpg Product ID: ####”.
Every few days, more and more media files are added onto the error message, however none of the file names / product ID numbers match anything I have titled my images so I’m not sure what they are referring to. I haven’t deleted any files, so it’s truly perplexing. For the first time today, some of the thumbnails will not display in my Symbiostock media collection.
Hey Katie – can you send me your WP login information via PM? I’ll take a look.
It seems like it must relate to a hosting issue, though I’m not sure what.
