    Hi all,

    I uploaded batch of photos. Images in JPG format went through fine. Then I tried to upload PNG – I uploaded JPG and PNG with the same name. The system matched them alright, but when I try to submit them, nothing happens.

    This is how the uploads look:

    When I tick any of the images and click “Process Images”, I get this empty page:

    And record appears on the “All Images” page as below:

    The image page contains the image description, but no image.

    Any help is much appreciated. Thank you 🙂

    Which version?

    I am using 2.6.5 and it all goes through okay, just that sometimes png AND jpg appear for sale and sometimes just png

    both were fine up until this point

    I have not tried uploading zipped files as well

    I’m using 2.6.5 too. It worked for me alright few days ago. I had both JPGs and PNGs appearing on the page. No idea why I they won’t go through now.

    UPDATE:

    JPG with ZIP goes through ok. It is only PNG that is causing problems.

    I am having the same problem. I am running the current symbiostock version and have uploaded a png a jpg file with exact name. it shows both are uploaded when i process but only the png shows up for sale.

    I want it to show just like this one on the site mentioned in this thread:
