problem with processor image [resolved]

I have a few photos, that processor can’t process. After processing, there are not preview and in shop is empty image.
I tried run processor manually with turn on Processor error reporting but it don’t show me any error. Why it can’t process these images?

Hi there – if it cannot process only certain images, then it is likely a server error or the images are corrupt. If it is a server error, if you do not have Imagick installed then it might be a memory/CPU limitation. If you do have Imagick installed it may still be a resource limitation, but it is more likely it is a corrupted image.

I had solve it. The problem was in too long description and title of these images (>200 characters). After I had shorter title and description in metadata, these photos was processed fine. Thank you for supporting!
