Hey Robin and folks – after having my shop successfully set up to sell vector and JPG illustrations several months back with Robin’s help, I put it under maintenance to concentrate on other projects. I am now ready to launch and go live after a few page tweaks. But I just now logged into my Dashboard and am seeing that I now have only Symbiostock Lite – I’m pretty sure it wasn’t called this 5 months ago – this shop has been set up for heavy duty use, I wouldn’t have settled for a “Lite” version.
So while the upgrade to Pro is apparently free which is great, it’s telling me Lite products won’t work in Pro. Does this mean I’ll have to upload all 430-odd vector/JPG pairs and associated descriptions and Metadata AGAIN? Robin may recall that this was quite a hassle getting this all done several months ago – he kindly helped me with this but I don’t want to have to go thru this again.
The current Pro plugin description describes Lite as not being able to process vectors, but I was doing this successfully under the prior version 5 months ago — so what has changed, and what else do I need to be wary of??
I just want to activate this shop, tweak my page copy and images a bit, and start selling. Can I just upgrade to Pro and do this, or no? What do I do?

If you were using Symbiostock before the switch, your products will work fine with Pro. In essence it was split for a variety of reasons. So just upgrade to pro and you should be good to go.

https://www.clipartman.comHey Robin – I have downloaded the Pro update which came as a zip with a bunch of php files but I have no idea what to do now – how do I get these files into my system? I assumed this would just update like any other plugin. I don;t know what to do with a bunch of .php files.
I looked at your related articles and nothing is explaining what I’m supposed to do. Please explain fully, thank you!

Just go to Plugins > Add New and point to the Symbiostock Pro zip file, then activate it. Everything should be good to go.
