Image of the week—super easy!

I do not use facebook so not sure if I am included but this is one of my favourite recent images and has a Christmas theme

I liked the idea of making the image of the week a special price (all sizes are $2.50 for this week’s IOTW for example), so if it isn’t too much trouble to e-mail us the day before our chosen image goes up, I’d like to run a special for that week on the image when it’s my turn.

And thanks so much for doing the work on the facebook page. It’s much appreciated

Hey, the great thing about Symbiostock is we make our own rules (or lack of rules). If everyone would like to promote a holiday image, I’m happy to do one per day instead of one per week. I was just worried I’d run out of things to post! So if you want to do a special promotion, just let me know and I’ll start doing them daily. Martha, I can do yours tomorrow, if you’d like to offer a special deal just let me know.

I’d be concerned about inducing “Symbiostock fatigue” in potential buyers if we have too many images being promoted. I’m OK with one a week, but see what other people think

No clue!

But I do know that I’ve hidden newsfeeds from photographers on FB when I got a stream of posts about new uploads or new sales. Signal to noise ratio was awful and I would want us to induce that reaction in others – even if only a few others.

Edited to add this second option. We may be past Christmas when you get to this point in the list so here is a similar Spring image as another option.

Hi Michele – I just wanted to re-post my image of the day offering. There are a handful of requests from mid November that were passed by without posting. Since we’re past Christmas the second option with the Spring image would be the one I’d like to offer up for a future image of the day.
