I need to update WooCommerce … [resolved]

I upgraded from my theme Porto 4.2 to version 5.0.1 and now my site has a problem and is not opening the online store or the pages that have any product samples,

This error occurs because the theme is no longer compatible with the old version of WooCommerce (v3.4.4), is it possible to upgrade to a newer version?

Hi there – I would suggest testing on a new install to ensure Symbiostock works with the new version – we have not officially done full testing and so there could be unforseeable issues, but thus far we have received favorable reports from users. Alternatively, you can likely re-install the older version of your theme to remain compatible for the time being.
