I have two questions

I am a newby here and this is my first time to have website and I can’t figure out some things like this:

1. Is it possible that in ‘Imagic’ vector images should be rasterized only in RBG format because i’ve noticed that there is a big difference in colors in some of my vectors compare to rasterized thumbnails.

2. Is there any possibilities to know when my symzio application approved or rejected? Because I haven’t received email confirmation yet for more than a week.

Regarding the CMYK:

I’ve gone in and passed your Symzio application and you should receive your sync code shortly. Symzio should then connect to your site within the next couple of days, and you should be good to go.
