    Hi,

How do we display store thumbnails in landscape or portrait rather than the default square?

    Thanks,

    Steve.

    Steve,

Could this be a theme issue? Which theme are you using?

    Hi George,

I’m using a theme called Milk from ThemeForest.

    Shop page is here: https://steve.doig.com.au/shop

    Thanks,

    Steve.

    oSteve,
I think it has to do with your chosen theme. If you look at my Shop page, you will see my images in both horizontal and vertical format. http://georgesheldon.com/shop/

    Hi George,

The theme author said an image gallery will display portrait and landscape if “thumbnail” is not selected as the size when adding a gallery.

How do I ensure thumbnail sized images are not used on the /shop page?

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Steve,

I think you are going to need some code changed within the theme. However, it may be less expensive to switch themes to get what you want.  I just looked at the Milk theme and I did not see anything about it being WooCommerce compatible.  Before investing into changing code, you should consider that.

    Hey Steve,

Go to WooCommerce, products, display, and uncheck ‘crop’. Then go to Symbiostock and change the watermark percentage by one point and click submit. This will regenerate all your thumbnails in their original aspect ratio.
