    Multiple issues. My login is not working, and when I created the account it somehow set up two invoices so now one is “past due”. I know you will need info on my account, but I do not know where to send it.

    Hi Walt,

    Looks like you tried to cancel the pending account attached to the first invoice after you paid for the second – this caused the issue.

    Regardless, your account is now active and live, and all pending invoices have been voided. Let me know if you have any other issues.

    Robin,

    The account info looks right, but the C-Panel login still says the login is invalid (using the account and password emailed to me initially).

    Hi Walt,

    Please log into your Symbiostock.com account and click on the active service. You should see the username and password that currently work with your account. The email may no longer be accurate due to the issue with the cancelled account.

    Password change instead of using the provided one has fixed it. Thanks for the quick responses.
