error in image processing

Hello, I am new. I was having all types of trouble trying to process images through 1and1 so I went ahead and opened a bluehost account. Now when I upload an image, it shows it is uploaded but then I hit the process now button and it does not even show the image to put a check by it to process. It does show it is using Imagemagick. This is the php error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_error_message() on a non-object in /home3/puttyman/public_html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-processor/symbiostock_image_processor.php on line 1137

I am fairly sure that was also one of my problems when I tried to FTP images back at 1 and 1.

Any help would be appriciated

It might help with your problem

If you have any non alphabet symbols this can also upset it such as ?’ umlauts etc

Are you sure you have a current version of the SYS theme installed?

My line 1137 says “$error = $image->get_error_message();”

Plus -try a very small image – say 2 Mb or similar to see if you need to increase the sizes allowed in you php.ini file

I am trying a 1 mb image with the name test.jpg
Symbiostock and dragonfly child them are both up to date.
I have done everything on this topic: “http://www.symbiostock.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=1129” My only question was on the watermark it says “Go to BEE->SETTINGS” and I do not know what that is. If it is the link that is under symbiostock>settings.watermark image in the dash panel, the link opens correctly in a web browser. That topic also says to check:
memory_limit=128M
upload_max_filesize=50M
post_max_size=50M
upload_max_filesize=200M
extension=imagick.so
max_execution_time=300
All is well except it does show upload_max_filesize twice with values of 50M and 200M. I have 50M entered.

Again, the image shows it has uploaded with a green check mark next to it. If I hit process, it does not show up anywhere.

Then my guess would be you simply haven’t uploaded a watermark yet and that’s why your images don’t get processed.

Click on “Symbiostock -> Symbiostock -> Settings” to see if you have a watermark or not.

This is what is in the watermark image box “http://puttyman.com/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-processor/watermark.png” and it does upload in a browser.

This is strange. I went in and changed the upload file size to 500 mb instead of 50 mb. Now my 1 mb image comes through (which it should have when it was set to 50). When it is sitting on the Process Images page, I can check the box next to it but I have absolutely nothing below that to hit “save to draft” and whatever the other options were. It is a blank screen below the checked file.

I am wondering if the migration from 1and1 to bluehost has just screwed everything up and I should just start completely over. That does not sound fun.

Any ideas?

Not Sure if this can solve your problem , unable to click check box and disappeared “Save to Draft” button , i was facing once.
it was because of FTP mode and file extension , please follow bellow link , in this link in my answer there in one more link follow that too,
please have look if you are facing same problem .

Thank you everyone for your help. I started a new symbiostock site right on blue host and it is working. Something in transferring my old site from 1and1 must have changed something. I do have a non related issue I will start a new post on.. Thanks again.
