Hello,
I have symbiostock site running with no problems. Recently I begin installing the new one and have problems with download links. It seems that symbiostock (or woocommerce, I am not sure) do not generates download links. After purchaising I receive Emails, but without download link generated and customer area shows just the file name, with no link.
Is the order status completed or left in processing? If it is still processing you need to wait for the processor (cron job) to complete the order, then the email links will be generated and sent out.
Just ensure you have the processor running. Check our documentation if you are unsure how to do this.
