Download link not created and mail not sent to customer

When customer pay for the image, download link is not created and email also not sending to the customer mail address. What should be the problem? Can anybody please help me. TIA

Hi, if customer downloaded the image, he is not getting any mails and also he not getting the image download link. My website is http://shinestock.com .can anybody help me, whats the problem.

Nope Sir, actually, after money deducted from his PayPal account, he is not get any info about how to download the image, I guess, he supposed to get an mail with the download link of that image which he purchesed. What is the procedure the customer get the image?

Thank you for helping me .Nope he’s not got the mail, he check the all the folder. Meanwhile I am also changed the very small image price to $0. I personally downloaded the image, but I haven’t got any mails. My website : http://shinestock.com. It will be great help, if you check my site.

We have the same topic like this before in this forum http://www.symbiostock.org/forums/topic/about-checkout-page/. I got this problem when I used yahoo mail in my woocommerce and symbiostock settings. Try to use other mail like gmail and test download your file if you can receive download link.

Also be aware that this has nothing to do with Symbiostock – this is 100% controlled by WooCommerce.

Thanks all for your help. I have installed “Postman SMTP” and SendGrid plugins. Now I am able to get mails and buyer also getting mails with download links. Thank you
