    Anyone else experiencing this problem?  The images are still in the /themicrostock.com/wp-content/uploads/ss_media/new

    Another problem I have is that I already uploaded about 179 images but my link <span style=”background-color: #f7f7f7; color: #0099af; font-family: Arial; font-size: 17px; -webkit-text-stroke: #0099af;”>http://www.symzio.com/contributor-16582.html</span&gt;

    only shows 82 images.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hi Arik,

    The problem with the processor is likely server related as that error message means that at some point the processor was run but hit some sort of fatal error that prevented it from continuing. This is 95% of the time because it ran out of memory or timed out. I just ran the link you sent and see that the script does not complete. If you click ‘enable error reporting’ in the system menu then run it, if you see any errors post them here and we can then diagnose further.

    As for Symzio, once you get your processor running properly then we can see. Symzio only adds images once their thumbnails have been generated and if your processor is not running it’s possible the thumbnails have not been created. There are also other filters that exclude images.

    Hi Robin,

    I had contacted eHost.  the support guys can’t find anything wrong with my site: http://www.themicrostock.com   They had increased the memory to 256mb but it is still having the same problem.

    I had hosted another site on the hosting account http://www.phonetography.asia and I am using Symbiostock Pro as well and it seems to be working.  What could be the problem?  Any other option other than uninstalling Symbiostock on the http://www.themicrostock.com and rebuilding from scratch?

    As I intend to use http://www.phonetography.asia for smartphones upload only as I can upload news worthy immediately from my phones, can I use the same Symzio Agency Sync Code or do I need to reapply for the site to be included into Symbiostock again and for another Symzio Sync Code?

    Many thanks.

    I noticed this difference –

    http://www.phonetography.asia shows: <span style=”color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;”>Your uploaded file has been added into the queue to be processed. </span>

    Hi Arik,

    If that notice is not showing then that means the file is not being uploaded to the queue properly. This has nothing to do with Symbiostock, IMO. If you want send me a PM with your control panel information and I’ll take a look.
