Hi there, I have a Symbiostock install that’s otherwise running smoothly and processing image properly. Today I had someone with a mixed cart — two stock photos and a non-Symbiostock product — be unable to download her images. When she clicked on the download links in her email, they led to a page that just said “not found.”

When I went into the order in Woocommerce and set it to processing status again, it re-processed the images but never changed the order back to a completed status. After changing the order status a couple of times between processing and completed, it did finally create usable download links, but I’d like to fix this before another customer encounters it. Any advice?

(For context, the non-Symbio product also purchased was a WooCredits credit bundle.)

Hi there – thanks for letting us know. This is the normal behavior when you have a tangible item (non-virtual and non-downloadable) in the cart with a Symbiostock product, as even though the Symbiostock product is finished processing, we cannot set it to completed until you set it as such, for example, once you have shipped the product to the customer.

With regards to downloadable or virtual items, such as the credit bundle you just mentioned, as long as they are marked as such, the order should complete automatically by Symbiostock. Upon inspection, we have discovered that there is a bug that does not perform this function properly and it will be rectified in the next release which should be in the next few days.

That’s good to know on the first part and great on the update, Robin, thanks!
