Hello! I’m trying to make my website using symbiostock again but now I can’t understand how the license system work.
1. I enter to the edit product and click on licenses. There are now 2 variations. I only want this product to have 1 of them, so I un-click the option for “enabled” and save changes. Nothing happends. The 2 licenses still offered.
2. If I remove the license/variation, the same, after I update the website, there are the both as nothing happpened.
How can I offer one image only with one license?
Please use the global licensing page under Symbiostock > Licenses to determine which licenses apply to which products, or un-check the setting in Symbiostock Settings that determines whether licenses are auto-updated when a product is saved.
If you choose the latter, then you can manually add and remove licenses.
Also remember that as of 3.0 global license changes are applied systematically via the processor and not in real time. So once you add a new filter and check ‘update licenses’ it may take a few hours for all your products to update.
