I am absolutely not sure about the files that can be deleted. Please don’t take my word. It would be nice if Robin could confirm this.

I suppose these are the new symbiostock files:

wp-content/uploads/ss_l_media
wp-content/uploads/symbiostock_rf_content

These are the Legacy which can be deleted, all found in the root:
plr_data_files
symbiostock_ipn
symbiostock_network
symbiostock_rf
symbiostock_xml_cache

Had no idea. Converting my site and images and all of a sudden symbiostock is downgraded. Yeah, upgrade, pay again. Had this before.

What are the plans! Can’t be too hard to answer. A very basic question. If this can’t be answered then it’s not very professional towards potential photographers, illustrators, artists and customers.

I have this version downloaded via wordpress, no mentioning of Lite or Pro. I am putting a lot of work in converting from old to new. I am thinking of joining Symzio.

So, I haven’t updated the plugin yet. It looks like I am on the Lite version now. Somehow things have changed, I can’t change the downloadable images anymore per image.

If you don’t upgrade, symbiostock switches to the Lite version?

I just found by myself that directly via mysql is the best way to change bulk prices.
Trying it via WordPress makes a mess out of licenses and ‘Exclusive images’ if you do it with the Batch Editor or Sym => “Author options”.

I used a query SQL within phpMyAdmin, after testing it on my localhost first.

All images are now removed from Getty. Did this with a ticket to Istock, they asked Getty to remove my images.
Glad I did this, now we have to wait to see if Istock is going to follow the same path as Getty is going.

Pretty smooth operation even though it still took 10 days!

I had an answer this Friday from IS. They are sending a “pull request” to Getty to remove my images there.

So far so good! Now just only wait to see how speedy Getty is.

Well, it has been 3 days now since I submitted a ticket to IS. I doubt I am going to get an descent answer from them.

Does removing my complete portfolio from IS also remove everything from Getty and all of the other IS dump stores?

I submitted a ticket today to Istock informing them I wanted my images to be removed at Getty.

It would be better to go to Getty directly but as IS caused this I think they should take action, plus I have no account at Getty.
This is going to be a long episode for sure! 🙁
