CRACKERCLIPS, how did you manage to format the text in the display box? I could not even get a line break

The text display box supports html so I just added
whenever I wanted a line break. Hope that helps.

JoAnn, I think I can help you with one problem you’re having. The redundant blue box that appears below the pricing with the words standard license agreement can be made to go away by adding pricing next to each size image when you’re setting up the license. In the case of a standard license just enter “0.00” next to each image size.

I fiddled around with the extended licensing options quite a bit but found myself over reaching the functionality. I wanted to create a series of extended licenses that were a la carte so that a customer could choose more than one extended license if it met their needs. Maybe they needed an extended print run AND a license to use on resale products. Or maybe they just need one of those things. I wanted to break down the pricing so you only paid for the extended licenses you needed. I found you could only choose one button at a time instead of multiple ones so I ended up creating one extended license that covered everything. Not ideal but it works. You can see one here:

I am also putting up RM images with a One-Time (all images on my site are One-Time). According to my license agreement these can be used one time for one use and any additional/multiple uses will need to be acquired by contacting me. Again, not ideal but it works for now.

I’ve created a single EULA that covers all standard and extended licenses so that I don’t have to try and keep track of different documents and neither does the customer. This made it much easier to set up the licenses.

Couple more points, I used the batch editor to attach the standard and extended licenses but I found when I tried to change the number of images on the editor from the default of 48 to something higher, that the licenses randomly did not get attached to some images. Also, I think it’s very important to be able to edit existing licenses and change the order they appear. Make one mistake and you have to start deleting and re-entering licenses to make corrections.
