yesterday I have twice ordered the symbiostock pro plugin but I haven’t got an email for the download of the plugin.

the lite version works well, but I want to work with the pro version.

What a bad support on this website. I have ordered the pro version now three times, no mail to my mail adress with a download link.

No answer in this forum.

I am new to symbio stock and have the pro version.
I am successfully uploading products and am then going editing the product with a “product tags” and “content / description”. The data I am using is contained in .jpg.modd files and does not get pulled across when I upload the product, hence it is a large manual task.

Worse still is when I inspect the media file, the “alt text”, “caption”, and “description” are not pulling any of this data. Instead they are all populated with “file name.jpg – site title”.
Is there any way I can get the “product tags” and “content / description” to update these fields.

Any advice would be gratefully accepted.
